Dennis O'Connor – Chairman
Dennis has served as Chairman of MMCB since August 2023, after being appointed Interim Chairman in February 2023. He first joined the MMCB Board as a Non-Executive Director in January 2022. A senior business leader with international experience across multiple sectors, Dennis brings a wealth of expertise in driving MMCB's mission to make financial services accessible to all.
Raj Meghani – Non-Executive Director
Raj has been a member of the MMCB Board since November 2021. A multi-disciplinary entrepreneur, Raj has a strong background in IT, Cybersecurity, Financial Services, and Professional Services. As Co-Founder of BlockAPT, a technology company, Raj currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Product & Sales. Her diverse expertise adds significant value to MMCB and its members.
Richard Owusu-Cyrus – Non-Executive Director and Finance Chair
Richard has been serving on the MMCB Board since September 2021. A qualified accountant with expertise in Finance, Strategy, and Law, Richard has held various senior Finance Director and Directorship roles. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and mentors members of the ACCA, further demonstrating his commitment to financial leadership.
Shobhin Shah – Non-Executive Director
Shobhin has been a member of the MMCB Board since May 2020. With substantial experience in the financial services industry, Shobhin holds professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA & CGMA) and the Association of Project Managers (APMP), in addition to a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Business Finance. His diverse qualifications and industry experience support MMCB's strategic goals.
Tim Brown – Non-Executive Director
Tim joined the MMCB Board in October 2024. A successful leader in investment management distribution, Tim is committed to improving both the quality of and access to financial services. His extensive experience working with large investors and multinational financial services firms brings valuable insights to the board and to MMCB's membership.
